  • WHY IS IT IMPORTANT THAT MY POOL WATER’S CHEMISTRY IS CORRECT?

    Sanitation is the most important aspect of your pool. It is important that the chemicals are balanced in your pool to provide a safe environment for everyone enjoying your pool. Also a chemically balanced pool will keep your liner and plaster serviceable for years to come. 

  • MY POOL IS CLOUDY, HOW CAN I MAKE IT CLEAR AGAIN?

    Several things can cause your pool to be cloudy. We recommend check that your pool has the proper PH levels, Clean your filters, backwash if using a sand filter. The cloudy water is most likely smaller particles suspended in the water. If you want a quicker turn around you can a pool clarifier; which makes these particles stick together so that can be filtered quicker and vacuumed to waste.

  • WILL THE SALT IN A SALTWATER POOL CORRODE OR DAMAGE MY POOL?

    NO, the salinity in your pool in not high enough to cause damage or corrode you pool equipment.

  • WHAT DO I NEED TO DO KEEP MY POOL CLEAN?

    While this a complicated question. Pools normally need chemical balancing weekly, along with adding water, cleaning baskets, and brushing the sides and bottom of the pool.   • HOW MUCH WATER DOES MY POOL HOLD

  • DOES MY POOL PUMP HAVE TO RUN EVERY DAY?

    Yes, Your pump should be run at least once a day for a few hours to turn over the water in your pool.

  • HOW LONG SHOULD I WAIT TO GET INTO THE WATER AFTER THE WATER TREATMENT?

    How long you have to wait to swim in your pool after adding chemicals varies. Typically it is good practice to wait 8-12 hours so that all of the water in your pool has been run through the filter. Always check the instructions and recommended wait time on the information label of the chemical being added.

  • HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO TEST MY POOL CHEMISTRY

    It is good practice to test them weekly and more often while starting up the pool in the beginning of the season.
